A helpdesk support services provider is in need of a Remote Systems and Network Administrator in San Jose.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing day-to-day remote and onsite desktop, systems and network support
- Supporting various Microsoft Office applications
- Managing and maintaining various Dell, Apple, Lenovo and HP servers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have strong written and oral communication skills
- Must have a passion for technology and helping people
- Experience with a ticketing system, and prioritizing activates
- Experience in computer network administration
- Experience in managing end client networks
