Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Systems Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Review solution designs to ensure feasibility
  • Install company software
  • Configure company software to integrate with the customer environment

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of experience in technical support, software installation, etc. in a software company
  • Understanding of telephony and CTI technologies
  • Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Ports, DNS)
  • Experienced Windows Server 2012 user
