An online service for publishing independent writing has an open position for a Remote Systems Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Owning the shared infrastructure and services that support the Substack platform
- Leading and growing an engineering team with diverse backgrounds and skills
- Scaling systems to handle ever-increasing load and a fast-growing ecosystem of writers and readers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 3+ years of software engineering management experience
