Job Summary

An IT solutions provider is in need of a Remote Systems Senior Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading troubleshooting during Incidents to resolve issues within SLA commitment
  • Participating in Service Incident Report writing and own post incident problem tasks
  • Managing Vendor tickets in support of incidents and problem tasks

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience in process-driven large production environments
  • Knowledge of hardware to be supported in production environment: Oracle x86 and SPARC Server
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional IT experience with demonstrated experience related to engineering within complex environments
