Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Organize recruiting events and job fairs – virtual and in-person events
- Coordinate the company's intern recruitments and events
- Ensure accurate marketing and job postings across all our posting portals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in recruitment and Human Resources
- Able to organize virtual and in-person recruiting events and job fairs
- Nimble leveraging technology to manage your workflow
- Adept at adopting new technologies including ATS and CRM systems
- Ability to provide timely and thorough responses to inquiries
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
