Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Organize recruiting events and job fairs – virtual and in-person events
  • Coordinate the company's intern recruitments and events
  • Ensure accurate marketing and job postings across all our posting portals

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in recruitment and Human Resources
  • Able to organize virtual and in-person recruiting events and job fairs
  • Nimble leveraging technology to manage your workflow
  • Adept at adopting new technologies including ATS and CRM systems
  • Ability to provide timely and thorough responses to inquiries
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
