Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Scheduler in Plano.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting recruiters and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Proactively managing job postings and helping track real-time posting usage
  • Maintaining candidate files, system updates, and ensuring compliance with federal laws

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1-3 yrs of experience in administration, scheduling, and/or staffing
  • Experience scheduling meetings, interviews within MS Outlook
  • Experience scheduling US travel (flights, hotels, car)
  • Experience managing/tracking candidate expenses within MS Excel
