Job Summary

An IT data storage company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator IV.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Work in SAP SuccessFactors or other ATS to support the offer process & manage the pre-employment/post acceptance processes
• Schedule interviews for candidates using the interview scheduling tool Yello
• Ensure a good candidate experience from interview scheduling to orientation

Qualifications for this position include:

• Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
• Experience scheduling complex schedules with multiple interviewers
• Working with candidates, hiring managers, interview teams and talent acquisition partners to ensure a positive hiring experience
• Ability to work independently and/or as a team in a cooperative manner to accomplish joint tasks and common objectives
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
