Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting recruiters and candidates during recruitment
- Scheduling interviews and candidate travel
- Acting as point-of-contact with candidates
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1-3 yrs of experience in administration, scheduling, and/or staffing
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications
- Detail-oriented and organizational skills are critical
- Experience scheduling meetings, interviews within MS Outlook
- Experience scheduling US travel (flights, hotels, car)
