A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Implementing Talent Acquisition and Recruiting best practices across the company
- Owning full-cycle recruiting for high priority roles
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- You have 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting at an Exec search firm or in-house at a fast growing startup
- Experience leading and managing recruiting teams in high-growth environments
- Hands on leader that is capable and willing to roll up your sleeves and lead by example
- Ability to problem solve and tap into the resources available efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and drive decisions
