A marketing and public relations agency is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Workin with data sets, driving insights and clearly communicating findings and recommendations
- Telling a great story that distills our culture, values, work, and people into every program you develop
- Thriving in situations that require managing multiple priorities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role in a communications agency
- A rolodex that shows your comfort level with direct sourcing and relationship building across candidates
- A passion for leading with diversity and inclusion in deciding partnerships, policies, and processes
- Experience generating data-driven hypotheses, proposing and owning creative projects, and running A/B tests
- Hands-on experience working on self-serve platforms such as Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor
- Proficiency with marketing tools
