Job Summary
A software developer is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Planning and managing all activities related to talent acquisition
- Managing a team of talented recruiters, setting up recruiting strategies to help grow our company
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have successfully managed a recruiting department undergoing similar growth with a focus on technical and leadership hires
- Minimum of 12 years of Talent Acquisition experience, at least 5 years in a management position and at least 2 years in a director role
- Proven work experience in a strategic role as a global Recruitment Director
- Proven experience and ability to scale global talent growth and strategy
- Technical mindset and passion for the latest innovations in technology
- Ability to work across an organization, influencing stakeholders at all levels
