Job Summary

A financial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Building a world-class talent acquisition function -- setting industry standards for candidate experience and hiring manager engagement
• Working with leaders across the organization to establish standardized interview best practices to increase our speed to offer
• Establishing rigorous sourcing strategies with your Talent Partners that consistently provide hiring managers with a diverse slate of candidates

Qualifications Include:

• 10+ years of recruiting experience that includes deep technical recruiting experience
• 5+ years managing and leading a distributed team of recruiters through the full recruitment lifecycle
• Experience in designing and running the talent function in a high-growth setting
• Proven strong consulting and leadership skills with a proven track record to inspire change and influence the adoption of new processes and ideas
• Experience building solid partners with hiring managers, senior management, and HRBPs to drive talent results
• Experience leading research, talent mapping, and talent sourcing strategies
