Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years experience working in high-growth, fast-paced organizations
- Track record of implementing, optimizing and managing a best-in-class Talent practice
- Track record of building a Diversity & Inclusion Program
- Track record of designing and delivering Hiring Manager training programs
- Proven ability to influence and build trusted advisory relationships
- Hands on experience identifying, engaging, and closing leadership talent
