Job Summary
A virtual data room supplier is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Head.
Must be able to:
- Manage a distributed team to support excellent performance
- Manage outsource hiring partners globally with the top requirements of quality and speed
- Provide data analysis and regular reporting on hiring team goals to the business
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience in a recruiting role, preferably at high-growth technology (software) SaaS companies
- Strong operational experience in reporting and data analysis
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2 or higher)
