Job Summary

A health communications company is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategizing on workforce planning and develop role-specific recruitment strategies
  • Promoting the company and providing outreach for passive candidates
  • Ensuring hiring process reflects commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)

Qualifications Include:

  • 5 years of recruiting experience (agency or internal)
  • Demonstrated experience with DEI hiring initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience directly managing hiring teams and hiring manager relationships
  • Experience with sourcing candidates and generating interest outside of inbound applications
  • Project management experience
