Job Summary

A not-for-profit higher education institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.

Must be able to:

• Provide daily leadership to a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants
• Lead, coach, and develop a team while creating a strong sense of team empowerment, unity and engagement, addressing any gaps through mentorship and/or training
• Possess a strong understanding of the full lifecycle recruitment process and have proven experience driving the strategy and day to day operations of a talent acquisition team

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable
• 5+ years’ talent acquisition experience working within a large and complex organization
