A data technology and marketing firm has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Recruit for and scale NextRoll and contribute to the team’s growth and success
- Lead the entire search and selection process for business focused positions
- Provide an extraordinary & positive candidate experience while creating an army of external brand ambassadors
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience or mixed recruitment agency background
- Consistent track record closing candidates in a challenging market
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to thrive in a rapidly growing and changing environment
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
- Dedication to developing diverse pipelines of candidates
- Strong data management and reporting skills
