Job Summary

A scientific products and laboratory supplies distributor has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.

Must be able to:

• Ensure TA strategies are compliant with Country Regulatory requirements and Corporate policies
• Develop effective and cost-efficient sourcing strategies for all assigned openings
• Build a bench of qualified prospects to meet both current and anticipated business needs

Position Requirements Include:

• Overnight business travel may be required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology preferred or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of experience managing full life cycle TA process in a corporate and/or professional search firm
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
• Expert in networking and building relationships with highly talented individuals
