A data technology and marketing firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Recruit for and scale the company
• Lead the entire search and selection process for Sales and other business positions
• Be an advisor and partner to hiring managers

Qualifications Include:

• 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience or mixed recruitment agency background
• Creative problem-solver with the ability to thrive in a rapidly growing and changing environment
• Demonstrated experience in partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
• Dedication to developing diverse pipelines of candidates
• Consistent track record closing candidates in a challenging market
• Strong data management and reporting skills
