Job Summary
An electronics company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leverage a combination of recruiting techniques
- Define, design, and implement recruiting programs and drive sourcing strategy recommendations
- Be a thought partner with leaders to establish plans, define strategies, and deliver solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years full-life cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience recruiting for both functional and technical customer facing roles
- Pro-active mind-set in that we are not taking orders, rather leading a process in partnership
- Comfortable with ambiguity; can create order out of uncertainty
- Demonstrated excellence and passion for candidate experience at each step of the recruitment process
- Experience with and appreciation for proactive candidate cultivation/relationship building
