Job Summary
A biotechnology and pharmaceuticals company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Must be able to:
- Preform intake meetings with hiring managers to understand their priorities/needs
- Source and identify qualified candidates
- Review resumes and screen candidates
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years recruiting experience in the Biotech/Pharma sector
- Advanced knowledge in recruitment through social media
- Familiarity with state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in use of technology to enhance talent sourcing, preferably UKG or Ultipro
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
