Job Summary

A multi-faceted financial agency is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner in Des Moines.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Partnering closely with hiring leaders to understand talent needs
• Leading all aspects of the full recruiting life cycle
• Delivering a quality candidate experience

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required and 4+ years of related work experience
• Previous experience recruiting for sales and sales support roles preferred
• Experience with employment branding, sourcing, selection, interviewing, and hiring preffered
• Must have the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
