Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Program Manager.

Must be able to:

• Coach, manage, and lead a programs-focused team
• Develop creative ways to increase the company’s brand & profile through partnerships/collaboration
• Help lead & execute our DE&I recruitment strategy

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience within a global Talent Acquisition function
• 2+ years of experience managing a Talent Acquisition team
• Experience building and working within a large program
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and implementation of systems
• Previous experience with a focus and expertise on employment branding
• Proven strategic, analytical and problem solving skills
