A food service management and support services family of companies is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Establishing effective relationships with internal customers, internal associates applying for positions and external candidates
• Providing excellent customer service to internal clients through effective recruitment tools to satisfy open position requirements and potential new business
• Performing other duties as assigned

• Ability to work with a closely integrated team
• Have the experience to qualify candidates by interviewing and presenting candidates to hiring managers according to OFCCP laws
