A leading digital media company has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building candidate pipeline through sourcing, referrals and inbound applicants
- Understanding how to recruit passive candidates
- Recommending ideas and strategies related to recruitment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting experience
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches
- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
