A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Senior Sourcer in Pittsburgh.

Must be able to:

• Participate in employer and recruitment branding efforts and social media use
• Build extensive, diverse pipelines for critical skill areas and open positions
• Prepare candidate slates, conduct in depth candidate interviews and recommend top candidates to Hiring Managers and Recruiters

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3+ years of working in a Talent Acquisition department
• 2+ years of experience with developing expansive creative candidate sourcing strategies
• 2+ years of experience working in an applicant tracking system, CRM or other robust candidate relationship tool
