Job Summary
A executive search firm that works with private equity firms is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design and execute talent engagement strategies
- Create job and candidate specifications
- Develop relationships with prospective candidates
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience within a recruiting firm
- Proven experience identifying and engaging passive VP & C-level candidates
- Experience using talent and market insights to influence executive-level audiences
- Extensive experience using tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Hiretual, etc
