Job Summary

A executive search firm that works with private equity firms is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design and execute talent engagement strategies
  • Create job and candidate specifications
  • Develop relationships with prospective candidates

Position Requirements Include:

  • 4+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience within a recruiting firm
  • Proven experience identifying and engaging passive VP & C-level candidates
  • Experience using talent and market insights to influence executive-level audiences
  • Extensive experience using tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Hiretual, etc
