Job Summary

A digital-first customer engagement platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer and Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Sourcing candidates through internet job boards, networking, social media, industry events and job fairs, local universities
  • Developing a pool of qualified and diverse candidates in advance of hiring needs for frequently recruited positions
  • Researching new sourcing methods and implement as appropriate

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience
  • One year of professional experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role in the HR department
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems
  • Demonstrate affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques
