Job Summary
A digital-first customer engagement platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer and Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Sourcing candidates through internet job boards, networking, social media, industry events and job fairs, local universities
- Developing a pool of qualified and diverse candidates in advance of hiring needs for frequently recruited positions
- Researching new sourcing methods and implement as appropriate
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience
- One year of professional experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role in the HR department
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems
- Demonstrate affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques
