Job Summary

A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting with screening applicant/resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews
  • Performing administrative tasks in support of recruiting efforts
  • Assisting recruiting staff with job fairs and college recruiting events

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to assist with job fairs and recruiting events
  • One to Three years high volume recruitment experience preferably in a call center environment
  • Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
