Job Summary
An outsourced financial services company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Sourcing candidates from a variety of other channels, increasing both quantity and quality of applicants
- Screening candidates in timely manner
- Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates for roles ranging from accountants to controllers to finance specialists to CFOs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in human resources with hiring focus in a small business setting
- Experience hiring finance staff, from bookkeeper/admin level to CFO
- Passion for (and track record of) developing a world-class culture
- Experience successfully leveraging hiring technology/tools to streamline the process and develop candidate experience
- Track record of measurably improving candidate hiring process
