Job Summary

An outsourced financial services company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Sourcing candidates from a variety of other channels, increasing both quantity and quality of applicants
  • Screening candidates in timely manner
  • Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates for roles ranging from accountants to controllers to finance specialists to CFOs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years in human resources with hiring focus in a small business setting
  • Experience hiring finance staff, from bookkeeper/admin level to CFO
  • Passion for (and track record of) developing a world-class culture
  • Experience successfully leveraging hiring technology/tools to streamline the process and develop candidate experience
  • Track record of measurably improving candidate hiring process
