Job Summary

A medical contract research organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conducting sourcing activities to find the best talent for HD
• Partnering with marketing department for content development, reporting and analytics
• Assisting in development of Health Decisions’ digital employer brand

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelors degree
• 2-3 years of recruiting experience focused in clinical research and/or life sciences industries
• Experience recruiting across western and eastern Europe a plus
• Thorough knowledge of recruitment tactics including but not limited to social media and utilizing a variety of job boards and recruiting partners
• Prior experience and comfort level working with applicant tracking systems. Strong results orientation
