Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Finding remarkable sales talent for our open roles via sourcing, job posts and referrals
• Ensuring follow up and closure for all interviewed candidates
• Ensuring candidates have an excellent interview experience - regardless of outcome

Qualifications for this position include:

• 2+ years of full lifecycle business recruiting (Sales and Marketing)
• Skilled at operating with a sense of urgency in all stages of the recruiting cycle
• Autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
