- Managing surge recruiting needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Working knowledge of advanced sourcing skills
- Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, and various job posting boards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in recruiting required
- Experience developing candidate pipelines across multiple states
