A physician group and practice management company is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist in Plantation.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Executing sourcing and engagement strategies
- Building diverse candidate pipelines
- Developing and maintaining a network of contacts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting/sourcing
- Ability to work well in a team environment and maximize team performance
- Ability to balance and manage many simultaneous competing priorities
- iCims or other ATS, and Microsoft office skills
