Job Summary

A freight shipping company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Team Leader in Lowell.

Must be able to:

  • Create, implement and facilitate development programs for talent acquisition staff
  • Anticipate and plan for recruitment needs in partnership with business management
  • Consult with hiring managers regarding advanced recruiting strategies and propose business solutions that will help meet client needs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Communications, Psychology, or related field and 1 year of related experience
