Job Summary
A publicly-held company specializing in media, digital, and communications services has a current position open for a Remote Talent Advisor in Columbia.
Must be able to:
- Support the ongoing design and maintenance of the Global Career Framework within the region
- Work closely with the Talent Architecture team to ensure job families, role profiles & skills are up-to-date & reflective of the business
- Ensure HR is aware of changes to the Career Framework & that training and communications materials are kept current
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Strong communications & presentation skills
- Strong Proficiency in Excel including the use of lookups and pivot tables
- PowerPoint proficiency a must
