Job Summary

A publicly-held company specializing in media, digital, and communications services has a current position open for a Remote Talent Advisor in Columbia.

Must be able to:

  • Support the ongoing design and maintenance of the Global Career Framework within the region
  • Work closely with the Talent Architecture team to ensure job families, role profiles & skills are up-to-date & reflective of the business
  • Ensure HR is aware of changes to the Career Framework & that training and communications materials are kept current

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Strong communications & presentation skills
  • Strong Proficiency in Excel including the use of lookups and pivot tables
  • PowerPoint proficiency a must
