Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years in recruiting analytics leadership role
- Proven experience creating reporting solutions
- Experience identifying problems and using quantitative and qualitative analytical strategies
- Ability to synthesize data into written narrative
- Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Advanced skills with gSheet, gSlides, and other data tools
