A biotechnology company specializing in crop management has an open position for a Remote Talent Development and Business Partner in Berkeley.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partner with managers and staff on employee and team development practices
- Serve as advocate, coach and guide for employees and managers to enable performance, development, communication and collaboration
- Support, facilitate, and develop resources for inter- and intra-team learning and collaboration
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5 years experience as HR Business Partner or OD Specialist required, with experience in team or project management preferred
- Versatile with different business groups, from research to operations to administration
- Experience in a fast-growing environment required, in a research/data driven environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail required
- Penchant for continuous improvement and exceeding internal customer expectations desired
