A mobile gaming software company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Director .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing a strong recruiting culture which empowers hiring managers to make excellent talent decisions for their team and the company
- Facilitating the interview process, hiring decisions, and offer negotiations
- Managing the end-to-end recruiting process for game development roles including Engineers, Artists, Product Managers, Executive Recruiting and more
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience in talent development and diversity
- Proven experience and passion for developing people and teams, while driving an inclusive, performance-driven culture at scale
- Experience building and managing a global team, and scaling a global organization
- Have a data driven mentality and strong analytics skills to generate metrics that evaluate effectiveness and identify insights that continuously improve the recruiting function
- Thrive in an unstructured, constantly changing environment while, at the same time, contribute to building processes, programs, and infrastructure
