Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years experience in Strategic Human Resources
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources
- 5 years experience of Talent Strategy development
- 5 years experience of Change Management
- 3 years experience in Data Analytics
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization with strong assessment and influencing skills
