Job Summary
A networking solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Experience and Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Influence and manage global relationships and drive impact through a cross-functional, collaborative internal ecosystem
- Drive employee facing programs that tie back into our Company Values and progress us forward as we continue to scale globally
- Own, manage, and action our Employee Engagement Survey
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to lead and direct the work of other employees through direct and indirect reporting relationships
- Can lead people and projects with an emphasis on delivering on time and on budget
- Experience leading enterprise DEI initiatives globally
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7 or more years of relevant experience
