Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing and implementation of business-wide recruiting processes
- Pursuing the adoption of suitable recruiting metrics
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies and procedures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 5-7 years of recruiting experience inside of a technology company
- Proven work experience as a Head of Recruiting, Recruiting Manager, or Recruitment Consultant
- Familiar with best practices for creating a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience with running a candidate screening, and evaluation process remotely
