Job Summary

An information technology outsourcing firm is in need of a Remote Talent Management Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Consultant for Compensation Management, Goals, and Performance
  • Provide data analysis and reporting for Talent Management programs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years directly related experience
  • Experience with TAM/Lawson Talent Management Products
  • English fluency
  • Functional Human Capital Management experience
