An information technology outsourcing firm is in need of a Remote Talent Management Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Consultant for Compensation Management, Goals, and Performance
- Provide data analysis and reporting for Talent Management programs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years directly related experience
- Experience with TAM/Lawson Talent Management Products
- English fluency
- Functional Human Capital Management experience
