Job Summary
A medical innovations leading company is seeking a Remote Talent Management Manager in Irvine.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying, evaluating, and leading the implementation of programs
- Developing, defining, and planning program objectives and policy requirements based on business needs
- Identifying gaps and/or opportunities for on-going improvement and/or course correction or course alignment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven success in working in a fast-paced, global, and growing business environment
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR leadership, HR Business Partner or relevant consulting experience
- Experience in data and analytics to drive informed decisions and evaluate success
- Experience implementing and managing HR functional programs, policies, and procedures
- Experience working collaboratively to facilitate the delivery of HR policies and programs across geographies and cultures
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
