An aerospace and defense company is in need of a Remote Talent Management Solutions Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist with strategic planning related to Talent Management technical solutions
- Drive identification, assessment, and execution of technical solutions
- Provide functional leadership for all Talent Management technology-related implementations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel 10 % of the time
- 10 years of experience within a related role
- 3 years of Management experience
- Strong strategic thinker with demonstrated knowledge of Talent Management related processes
- Proven understanding of business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
