Job Summary

A Fortune 500 company offering a range of financial services and solutions is in need of a Remote Talent Operations Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Proactively identify and document department processes
  • Review and develop talent related communications and presentation materials for the department
  • Identify process improvement opportunities for the talent acquisition team that drives consistency across systems, processes, and reporting

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • 1-3+ Years of Human Resources and/or Talent Management initiatives experience
  • HR Systems knowledge and experience (SAP/SuccessFactors)
