Job Summary
A Fortune 500 company offering a range of financial services and solutions is in need of a Remote Talent Operations Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Proactively identify and document department processes
- Review and develop talent related communications and presentation materials for the department
- Identify process improvement opportunities for the talent acquisition team that drives consistency across systems, processes, and reporting
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 1-3+ Years of Human Resources and/or Talent Management initiatives experience
- HR Systems knowledge and experience (SAP/SuccessFactors)
