Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise talent management initiatives
- Research best practices and benchmark externally to develop and recommend talent solutions
- Partner to create and implement effective change management plans
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years work related experience
- Exceptional relationship-building, consulting, and diagnostic skills
- Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships across the organization
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and systems management experience
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
