Job Summary

An automotive repair company is seeking a Remote Talent Relations Specialist in Houston.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist basic employee investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations as needed
  • Aid field HR withon-boarding support, performance management, teammate engagement and retention efforts, and other HR initiatives

Required Skills:

  • Two yearsof human resources experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional certifications related to HR (SHRM-CP, PHR)
