A business development company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Sourcer.

- Developing a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Working closely with our internal recruiting team to develop and execute sourcing strategies
- Maintaining a candidate database via our Applicant Tracking System
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1-3 years proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar position
- 1-3 years of Human Resource or Recruiting experience
- Hands-on experience using sourcing techniques
- Highly proficient with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
