Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Talent Sourcer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and executing innovative search techniques to generate abundant applicant pools
• Must be able to cold call and build relationships by phone/email using job boards
• Goal to book 5 interviews per day with 2 or more being qualified to move forward in process

Qualifications Include:

• Experience including but not limited to cold calling, sourcing for talent, conducting interviews, and interview coordination
• Internet navigation/Boolean search skills for sourcing purposes including Social Media experience
• Experience working with an ATS system
• Willingness to recruit aggressively while adhering to ethical business practices
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
• Team player with a high sense of urgency and motivation to see the team succeed
